Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Print & Direct Mail Account Manager at Commerce Press Inc. Located in North York, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing print and direct mail projects with our clients from start to finish. We need someone who values service excellence. This includes coordinating with clients, understanding their needs, providing recommendations, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables. You will collaborate with our expert production team and serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Print Production and Direct Mail Marketing skills
• Experience in Market Segmentation and Direct Mail campaigns
• Goal-oriented with a proven sales track record
• Strong Project Management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools
• Experience in the printing or marketing industry is a plus
• Coming with a book of business is a plus
